Microsoft is building Project Volterra, a new development

kit for Windows on Arm, for a number of reasons.

First, the company wants to make it easier for developers to create native Windows apps for Arm devices.

Second, Volterra will include a Neural Processing Unit (NPU),

which will allow developers to build AI-powered applications.

Third, Volterra will be made from recycled ocean plastic,

which is part of Microsoft's commitment to sustainability.
